As part of the agency's planning and management of services into the future, Pattonville Fire Protection District (PFPD, or the Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms seeking to provide planning, design, engineering and contract administration for proposed new facility to replace the District’s existing Engine House #2 located in Bridgeton, Missouri. Project and associated tasks are expected to begin in 2026, and may be phased / carried out over several years.

Any questions about the RFQ must be submitted prior to May 22, 2026. Responses to the RFQ will be accepted during the District’s normal business hours through 3:00 PM on June 5, 2026.
