Take notice that the Pattonville Fire Protection District, St. Louis County, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the hour of 9:00 AM at Administration Building., 13900 St Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044, within the said District or may be accessed via Zoom or Teleconference, at which meeting residents of said District may be heard concerning the property tax rates proposed to be set by said District. The tax rate shall be set to produce revenues which the budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025, shows to be required from property tax after all adjustments are made to conform to the provisions of Sec.’s 137.073, 137.115, 113.245 and 67.110 RsMo., and Article X, Sec. 22 of the Missouri Constitution.

Sealed proposals are being accepted for Slope Restoration for the Pattonville Fire Protection District. Specifications may be obtained at the District Administrative Offices: 13900 St. Charles Rock Rd., Bridgeton, MO 63044, between during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Specifications may also be obtained via our website www.pattonvillefd.com. All proposals should include a separated sealed envelope with pricing clearly marked “SLOPE RESTORATION” attached to the technical specification response clearly marked “SPECIFICATIONS FOR SLOPE RESTORATION” and mailed or delivered to the Pattonville Fire Protection District offices no later than 3:00 pm Friday, September 19th, 2025. All proposals are scheduled to be opened by the Board of Directors at their meeting on Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, at the Pattonville Fire Protection District Administrative Offices.
The Pattonville Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive variations or formalities, and to negotiate changes, additions, or deletions. The District reserves the right to accept the proposal which it deems to be in the District’s best interest and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low proposal. The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pattonville Fire Protection District will be held at the Administration Building, 13900 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton Missouri on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, at 9:00 a.m within the said District or may be accessed via Zoom or Teleconference. Visitors are welcome to attend all regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors. During the "Comments from Citizens" portions of the meeting, brief questions, suggestions or petitions from residents will be entertained. Members of the audience who wish to speak to the Board are asked to identify themselves and limit their remarks to three minutes. At all other times during the meeting, participants in discussions is limited to Board Members, staff and invited guests. Any additional concerns about Board activities may be discussed with Board Members after adjournment.
