As part of the agency's planning and management of services into the future, Pattonville Fire Protection District (PFPD, or the Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms seeking to provide planning, design, engineering and contract administration for proposed new facility to replace the District’s existing Engine House #2 located in Bridgeton, Missouri. Project and associated tasks are expected to begin in 2026, and may be phased / carried out over several years.

Any questions about the RFQ must be submitted prior to May 22, 2026. Responses to the RFQ will be accepted during the District’s normal business hours through 3:00 PM on June 5, 2026.

The regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pattonville Fire Protection District will be held at the Administration Building, 13900 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton Missouri on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at 10:00 a.m within the said District or may be accessed via Zoom or Teleconference. Visitors are welcome to attend all regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors. During the "Comments from Citizens" portions of the meeting, brief questions, suggestions or petitions from residents will be entertained. Members of the audience who wish to speak to the Board are asked to identify themselves and limit their remarks to three minutes. At all other times during the meeting, participants in discussions is limited to Board Members, staff and invited guests. Any additional concerns about Board activities may be discussed with Board Members after adjournment.
