The Pattonville Fire Protection District is accepting sealed offers for the purchase of a previously used 2013 Chevrolet Suburban Special Service SUV fire department staff vehicle.

All offers should be marked “SEALED OFFER/DEPARTMENT STAFF VEHICLE” and mailed or delivered to the Fire District Administrative Office located at 13900 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044, no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday February 1, 2018. All offers are scheduled to be opened by the Board of Directors at their meeting on February 6, 2018, at the Fire District Administrative Office.

The Pattonville Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive variations or formalities, and to negotiate changes, additions, or deletions. The minimum price to purchase the vehicle is set at $19,500.00. The Fire District reserves the right to accept the offer it deems to be in the Fire District’s best interest and will not necessarily be obligated to accept the highest offer. The Fire District also reserves the right to extend the timeframe to submit offers, as well as extending the timeframes to open the offers. Vehicle specifications are as follows: Vehicle has 86,xxx miles, is in good condition and has been well maintained and regularly serviced; new tires; towing package; cloth seats; AM/FM stereo; power driver’s seat; power windows; power locks; auto start feature. Some non-identifying vinyl decals will remain on the vehicle and there are multiple antenna and equipment mounting holes in the vehicle’s roof that have been plugged and sealed.
